# Rangers Meeting - 8/25/20
Broadly... stuff feels messy right now. Which will result in messages that fail to get delivered... it's already resulting in drafts that are written, with other versions going out over channels. Is it possible to get this under control? Is this just DAO life?
## Topics:
### Front Running
I spent like an hour writing Loot holder engagement posts/content and now it's pretty much useless since I got front-run on publishing it. Contributing to DAOs where you feel like your efforts are going into a leaky bucket sucks. How do we fix this?

> If you want to post something please put it in a HackMD and drop it in this channel for #🔥🗡-rangers to review. If the doc link gets 3 :dagger: or more then you can post. Within 24hrs (ideally less) you'll either get 3 daggers or push back suggestions.
### Community Strategy
What do we do when people show up?
- Greet them.
- Call to action? Sending people to sub channels
- Idea for DAO you want to summon => tavern
- Want to learn more => support
- See what's up without reading the chats => castle wall
- Shill your DAO => clans
