# Haus Meta Sprint Retro

## Overview
This sprint was focused around the meta-spaces in the DAOhaus UI - explore, the hub, thinking about other future spaces like the marketplace.

## Findings
Items below are from brainstorming session of the sprint - mainly most voted on by participants.

#### Hub
- Profiles
- Personal profile management
- Other profiles/mutuals - see what DAOs I have in common with others
- Profiles are observable/shareable
- Central place to check in on my DAOs
- 'Hub' isn't intuitive enough, so maybe 'Dashboard'
- Ability to understand more about my DAOS:
- Financial standing
- Member engagement
- User-defined Config
- Choose activities I want to focus on (mute alerts, etc.)
- Bubble up 'very important' DAOs maybe VIP DAOs
- Quick action
- vote/execute proposals
- See proposals that:
- need a sponsor
- are in voting period
- need processing

#### Explore
- DAO health metric
- member engagement
- financial health
- 'is the DAO active?' / 'is this worth looking into?'
- Ability to see D2D relationships
- Ability to see if DAO:
- provides services
- has gigs available
- accepting membership
- member of uberhaus
- Ability to jump directly to the community center to get a vibe-check (ex. jump right to discord)

#### Other Metaspace
- General navigation updates needed
- No transparency on componenents
- Page for DAOhaus news, releases, feedback, feature requests, etc.
- Network health page or in page warnings

## Designs and Specs

Current workstreams:
- holistic navigation
- mvp stats over time for daos to show their trend
- recruitment and welcome overview
- followers/mutuals (later w/ user research)
- ‘explore’ refinement
- hub (dashboard) refinement
- profile -> resume

- DAO profile -> 'member page'
- Is root still dashboard
- Explore is heavy on data. Ideas to simplify
