# Magesmiths Roadmap Update - 27 Jun


## v3 Alpha
**Shipping this week:**
- HAUS SDK: Alpha version (incl. npm packages & READMEs)
- HAUS Components: Alpha version (incl. npm packages & READMEs)
- Summoner UI: Alpha version of UI
- Hub UI: Alpha versions of UI
- Licenses & README for v3

**Slight delay**
- DAO UI Alpha: No timelines for now - work to resume after the above workstreams are completed
- Contracts & Subgraphs: Some edits to smart contracts are pending. Smart contract audits are next up.
- Alpha Testing: Not started yet but ready for user testing

## v2 Maintenance
- Bug triage & fixing process implemented & working well (i.e. closed 27 issues in last 30 days)
- Major projects completed include
- Gnosis Safe v2
- Publish Boost (using Poster contract)
- Deprecation of Allies
- Launch of Goerli & deprecation of Rinkeby + Kovan
- Work queued up & ready to work on
- DAO metadata migration to Poster contract
- Replacement of hosted Graph servers
- Ongoing work with Gnosis Nomad Module)
- Ongoing work with v2 decentralization

## Kickstart DevRel
- Interviewed 6 teams and published strategy & directions in [forum post](https://forum.daohaus.club/t/hausdao-devrel-progress-report-01/11164/2)
- Published [Boost tutorial](https://daohaus.club/docs/devs/build-a-boost) & dev docs updates
- Organized 1st Fishbowl live coding session this week (Wed 11AM PT)
- Received 1st Boost PR (Hedgey) and currently undergoing review

## Decentralized app management
Due to our focus on v2 & v3, this is mostly happening in the background through above workstreams
