## **Summary**

Over the past 2 weeks, the Magesmiths have begun implementing process improvements across all workstreams. At this stage, there are some slight delays in timelines, but we should start seeing benefits from these process improvements soon.

- New product development process implemented in building DAO UI
- Contracts: `Delayed` due to merge conflicts & automated testing
