## From the Retro

- Good to pick a few areas and tackle them in an intentional, actionable way
- Determine what we want to change and then be *accountable* for it
- Ideally shouldn't be making changes outside of the Retro, especially as it gets dialed in
- Design Review lane was added outside of the Retro, and it may be unnecessary as it is covered in our move into *Ready* lane
- What is the indication that something is done and ready for devs to spec?
- Adding a tag for this and then looking into automation
- Ready -> Ready for Spec
- What is the indication that this is ready to be pulled into the next lane?
- People are pushing things into the columns instead of things being pulled from previous column

- [ ] JP finish up the Rage Template card
- Split up the documentation cards
- Create separate cards for each of the page sections
- [ ] Transfer the Baal Docs repo to DAOhaus
- [ ] Add the Review GH Action
- GH -> Discord when moving to Review
- Dev Alerts channel that shows indications when things move in lanes -- this could be an effective way to show when things are ready
- @mention a role so folks get notified when something is ready
- [ ] JP and Sam to look into granularity of the Discord integration fo GH alerts
- [ ] JP to add extra content to the setting up local dev notes
- [ ] JP to split up to integrate DAOstar schema: Forked ours and modifying it to match DAOstar

## Component Issue

- Design:
- Checkboxes: Error state, empty state, accessibility
- What would be most helpful for the design team to get them started? Do we have separate issues for design and dev?
- Input -> Output
- What's added in the Design phase?
- Are there animations?
- Majority of the design work will be in Figma (as well as the info)
- Focus on adding the information in Figma and then a dev can spec from there
