Because this is coming up fast here is a proposal for some iterative changes

# Option 1
## loot/shares and champion role
- All share holders are changed to loot holders.
- Current champions receive a champion hat and have one loot converted to a share.
- new champion proposals will be to receive the hat and share

## operator role
- a role with restricted control

## staking proxy
all members use individual staking TBAs which allow members to lock HAUS or HAUS LP for loot withen the TBA and seasonal yeild. 1-4 year staking
