- Jaime & Sylvain: Make sure assumptions on the implementation include a static backend. Frontend can be JavaScript-driven.

- Powerloader integrations in mamba almost done (just one failing test so far).
- [X] Sylvain: Wolf worked with a contractor (Vanessa) for some of the OCI integrations in the Python layer ([oras-py](https://github.com/oras-project/oras-py)).
- Wolf: Vanessa replaced the homemade Python parts in conda-oci-mirror with oras-py blocks, and some other fixes. `.conda` file support added.
