# Big reorg in cyber valley

We moved to cyber valley almost one year ago. Since then, a lot has changed. In the beginning, we did not know what to do or how to do it, so everyone did what was needed. That allowed us to bootstrap operations intuitively. We are thankful to everyone who helped us climb through this very hard period of development. It was flexible, but not very efficient. Now it's time for change.

We have decided to form teams with a strong division of responsibility. Every team now has a clear target and lead. Leads can focus on maximizing the quality and output of their targets, thinking more long-term, and enjoying productivity and results. In turn, this will allow us to focus on more strategic building without getting too deep into the manual managing of processes.
