- exit events are structured on the top of each cycle (~ every 3 years)
- not more than 20% each time
- only for liquid part of the fund
- 20% incentive from USD gain on exit event and termination
- 0.2% monthly management fee
- while we carefully listen investors, we retain full control over decisions
- singleton is operated solely in cyberspace
- no legal enforcement from meatspace is accepted
- refund if $10M will not be allocated to singleton fund

- primary way of storing funds is 2 of 3 multisignature accounts
- if multisignature scheme is not available any fund manager can be assigned to store the asset
