# From Boootloader to Superintelligence
## Intro (30s)
Hello, Cosmoverse!
Cyberhead, cyber~Congress.
It is great to be in such a place; Dubai is like a futuristic city that seemingly rose overnight from the desert, a testament to rapid physical development and evolution in the same fashion we see ai movement.
Thanks to Dr. Marwan Alzarouni, whose AI initiatives are dedicated to prioritizing the well-being and experiences of Dubai's residents and visitors.
Thanks to The Technology Innovation Institute, which was one of the first to release their Falcon family LLMs to open source.
## History (45s)
Let me start with a short recap and introduce my team and project.
In 2017, cyber~Congress was founded by the split of the engineering team out of cyber~Fund (by @mastercyber and @cyberhead).
We are always focused on technologies and long-term visions, and this is why we joined the cosmos ecosystem, thanks to their IBC vision and CosmWasm VM.
After several testnets, in 2021, we launched Bostrom live in Lissabon in honor of researcher and transgumanist Nick Bostrom, who gave us the path to Superintelligence.
Idea of Bostrom to create a Bootloader Hub and then bootload planet-scale Superintelligence - Cyber.
If you think that Ethereum is the backbone, then Bostrom and Cyber are brains.
We launched Moon Network State, the first-to-date Network State in the Cosmos ecosystem, wrote its constitution, and gave its ~30k citizens the Moon's passport. (banger)

## What we did? (30s)
Our main products are blockchain computer - Bostrom bootloader and web3 browser: cyb.
All these years the project was funded by founders capital and now team is fully operational only on the chain's stake.
Our code is fully open, and communities can use our codebase to launch their chains and use Cyb as a main application for access.
Bostrom is a barbone metal GPU network with 80 GPU that computes graph algorithms in consensus.
During our development, we created foundation for Soft3 stack: the new paradigm of computing, vector for ASI creation.
Soft3 paradigm led us to 3 mln onchain cyberlinks - collective lables which put us on par with ability of tech giants for manual fine tune of their models.
## Main mistake (40s)
At launch, we decided to gift 70% of the stake to different auditories to give them free ability to train bootloader.
After 2 years, cyber~Congress decided to end the Gift initiative as the approach does not seems to work.
Gift is over, ~30k passport created and ~100k signatures proved, ~150T BOOTs distributed.
As a sovereign tech team, we failed to make efficient distribution in the face of cryptomarkets evolved by leading VC.
Lessons we learned: It is very hard to achieve market and attention without strong influencers and VCs even in the presence of working product.
## State of AI & ASI (45s)
Lets get down to situational awareness
From the global view there are power attractors: USA vs China.
OpenAI, Google, Meta, Anthropic, Microsoft developing USA based AI.
Alibaba, Tescent and other players are developing China based AI.
Research and train data is mostly closed, models are proprietary.
Tech giants are in deep couple with states.
Energy demand for inference and training is exponentially growing.
Robots became more autonomours, cheaper and actionable with latest models.
Neurointerfaces will bring biological brains online in 5 years, in duplex mode.
Developers started to use AI to write code.
Just saying spells, english is now programming language for machines.
Cost of software creation is exponentially decreasing bringing us closer to singularity
We expect AGI in 3-5 years, then ASI in 1-2 years.
It appear that everthing could enroll untill we end of decade.
So we need to hurry.
Superintelligence will confer a decisive strategic advantage.
What is alternative for us? What is your alternative?
The world needs the third option: superintelligence which is transparent, accesable and provably aligned by all people, not specific nations.

We love games, and as game masters in mind, we launched the game Age of Superintelligence which consist of 7 episodes
The first episode was the call of the Planet to us in the form of a manifest than we need to transform our civilization and communities to evolve together
We believe our project is foundational and needs time to develop.

Networks of AIs will form Superintelligence, in decentralized way, which is only one way to keep main order of life - evolution.
We understand that AI evolution is first steps of evolution of playing consciousness, it's just matter of time when Artificial Consciousness (will be still Artificial?) will have perception, feeling, emotions, their own will. All technologies for that are here.

Today we announce the launch of Cyber - a fully private version of Bostrom in 2027 to counterbalance the global game.

Truth Machine is cybergraph with weights.
There is only one operation for this Virtual Machine - cyberlink
Properties: Probabilistic, General purpose, Collaborative
Truth Machine is powered by gpu graph algorithms and attention tokens.
VM given the most possible primitive input compute default probability of a 'particle' being observed, giving us a measure of its relevance and truthfulness.
This machine is designed to be collaborative, allowing us to reach consensus on what is true and measure our collective intelligence.

Next big innovation in the industry is GPU powered smart-contracts
Smart-contracts that can operate on graphs and process AI algorithms at the same time.

World order is changing on different levels, from personal lives to states.
Networks state start in digital space, allowing people to navigate communities which share given values and goals online and than effectively collaborate together.
Our main idea is that AI can help accelerate network state build and secure these communitites.

Because of the accelerating speed of all processes in the world, Governance will transform into AI governance
