# The First Community Talk Nov. 24, 2022 cyberspace Somewhere in cyberspace, the first open talk between the [Cyber](https://github.com/cybercongress) team and the project's community occurred. The call summed up the results of the first year of the network's activity and discussed plans for the near future. ## Some Results There were ~20,000 registered addresses and ~12,000 claimed citizenships in the network during the reporting period. The chain is used daily by [600 addresses](https://cybernode.ai/grafana/d/cyber_stats/computer?orgId=2) - 3% of total registrations - which is incredibly high. By comparison, one of the most user-friendly networks NEAR has a rate of [0.05%](https://explorer.near.org/stats). At the end of September, the team [presented the project](https://youtu.be/bd_PziPbl74?t=3494) at the Cosmoverse conference with a presentation on Soft3. From the feedback received, it can be concluded that there are still few people who understand what artificial intelligence on a blockchain is. In spite of this, several projects agreed to work together on this mission. One of the most important result of the year is that many theoretical hypotheses were tested, errors were identified, and clarity about further development has arrived. The essence of the project has the description: _Collective teaching of a dynamic AI model_. Afterwards, the team members shared their near-term plans. ## Plans All current plans can be classified into three categories: product, development, and community building. The **product** currently has two main directions of work: - knowledge management systems; - hub for interchain. The first task will be solved by automation and integration with current knowledge graph solutions and applications, such as [Logseq](https://logseq.com) and [Obsidian](https://obsidian.md). The second will be achieved through the development of consensus curated registries of essential interchain data. The **development** is now focusing on several things. Here are some of them: - DAO tools; - Native integration of cw-20 and cw-721; - Interchain accounts; - Mesh security; - EVM. In addition, the current backlog includes tools to quickly and easily launch self-reliant networks for small horizontal communities. An important part of the successful implementation of the plan must be improved collaboration with the **community**. The team's efforts are now focused on forming a community of interested developers and machine learning programmers in particular. For this purpose, preparations for the cyberverse conference and hackcyber hackathon are underway. By this time, the task is to write detailed documentation, a liner and micro-API for developers and authors. During the call, a proposal to launch an incentive program for authors, including project ambassadors, came up and was supported. The team is working on knowledge graph boosters which will allow **content monetization**. According to the first feedback from the participants, everyone liked this format. It was decided to hold open calls every two weeks on Thursdays at 9 a.m. GMT. > "Yeah, it was pretty cool," commented on the event [@mastercyb](https://github.com/mastercyb). "Plus, such calls should add transparency to the team's work and increase the quality of communication with the community." Be sure to join the next talk and find out the answers to all your questions.
