# How to install the CUBE app

## 1. Requirements
- Android 10 or above
- ARCore support

> **How to check if your device supporst ARCore:**
> - Go to the Play store and search for Google Play Services for AR. If the app is available for your device, then it supports AR.
> - Alternatively, load the Google Support Page for AR and search for the name of your phone in the list of supported devices: https://developers.google.com/ar/devices

## 2. Preparation
1) Download the apk (ARM64 is mostly used) [here](https://cube.designproject.idlab.ugent.be/links/rel_index.html) and install the application.
2) Open the application to test if it loads for you:
- Accept all permissions when asked.
- You should be able to see a couple of tours in the list on the homepage, including `Natural History Tour`.

## 3. 15 minutes before the demo

1) Open the application.
2) Scroll through the list and select the `Natural History Tour`.
3) Tap the download button next to the "Start Tour" to prefetch the media.
