# Peer testing feedback
## Summary
* Acceptance test criteria geslaagd op alle devices
* Verschillende devices getest
* General feedback is very positive!
* I just love the UI, it is beautiful! Adding, editing and removing POI seems effortless.
* Simple mobile app, good for elderly people
* Logging into the administration panel (website), I was astonished by the looks. The website looked very clean, and it was very intuitive on how to proceed to create tours.
* First, splendid UI! I think the UI’s you have created are simple and intuitive.
* Put some of these quotes on our landing page :p
* I honestly think that something like this would be very popular to use with people with (mental) disabilities. These people are not always capable to go to a museum or some sort, so a lot of activities are on cite, accompanied by employees and volunteers. Activities on cite like these would give them the time of their life. I would really look forward to using the application as voluntary work with mentally disabled people, because I really think something like this would make their day.
## Action points for in the future (not this semester but include them in the final review)
* If you want to place a POI somewhere else, you have to remove it first and then add it again. -> enable moving POI
* Change the route by dragging it to enable the most enjoyalbe route between 2 POI's instead of the shortest route (2 people mentioned this and Raf proposed a smart workaround: create invisible POI's (only one extra field in backend) to change the route of the tour)
* Additional screen with searchable grid to search for tours
* Allow tour makers to add an image of the PoI to let people know what they are looking for
* the assets library would benefit a lot by either: allowing different methods of ordering (for example allow to tag images or to sort by a tour they are used in), or allowing renaming of the assets within the application itself
* Prerender a screenshot of the model in the asset library to see which model is which
* After a long period of inactivity, the application had trouble locating me directly. The problem was that it was narrowing down my location, but it was slow and stuttered. This bothered me, I think it would be better to add a loading screen after inactivity that notifies the user that you are locating him and then directly display the (approximate) location of the user.
* Add voice recording to POI
* You can change details of a tour while it is published.
* Any member of an organisation can delete the organisation.
* a small info button that opens an explanation of what to do could beuseful.E.g.: open a tour, when starting a tour walk to wherethey need to walk. What can they expect when clickingon a location. So they know this before starting atour
* Add routing to the first POI from any location
* Make users unable to create or delete organisations
* Make administrator role to add users to organisation
* Ability to set size of model or get size of model in the browser (apart from guess the size task) (3 people mentioned this) => voorlopig: put in user manual that content creator needs to user external tools to guarantee correct size
* Notification when user reaches interactable range of POI
* Add option to select multiple answers and show all correct answers
* Allow sattelite view of the map(e.g. to see where more trees are and what a better route is to walk)
* Changing cursor/ background when dragging a POI that needs to be reordered
## Added to backlog
### Most comments are what we were aleady working on
* Direction indicator on the mobile map (already working on)
* Renaming media assets
* Edited * minutes ago
* Maybe it is better when there are no nearby events in the mobile application, to show some text that there are no nearby events. Because now, a part of the screen is gray, and it looked like the events were fetching, but they were not coming.
### Proposed/Reminded by peer testers
* Make interactable range to POI smaller
* Possibility to skip POI (so bug in certain POI or unreachable POI does not block complete tour) (2 people mentioned this) with warning
* Confirmation that POI visited(vinkje/ dark green)
* Tutorial before start of tour
* You can skip a POI
* Click on a POI to interact with it
* Click on the floor to see a model
* Show screenshots of the tour flow
* Walk to POI to progress
* Click on POI when in range
* When filling in the answers for a multiple-choice quiz, a few cells are indicated with an exclamation mark while the website does not tell me why these cells are wrong. Even though these exclamation marks are there, the task can still be saved. It happens when you click in a cell, click somewhere outside the cell and then fill it in. => fixed by removing double validator
* Bug: Creating POI task: multiple choice quiz: copy pasting answers still shows red exclamation markers if the answer is not filled in. => fixed by removing double validator
* People did not like the waiting time for viewing the 3D model but we can't help that (3 people) => first download only first POI
* Change the description of a POI or upload a model. Then click close, not save, the changes will still be saved. It is strange that 2 buttons do the same thing. => make a deep copy before saving
* Support _MACOSX folder in upoaded zip files. => relax/ change checks
## Not added to action items
* Option to disable instructions to view 3D model (some testers annoyed by repeated instructions): it already disappears past first POI (now you can click to remove instructions)
* More specific validation: e.g. An email address cannot contain spaces
* Users want to edit a POI description by filling in the field without clicking on the small edit button first
* A better indication when the user should interact with the POI and how => solved with tutorial
* Move the 3D objects off the ground and make them float, this makes it easier to view them. Perhaps this is also something that can be added during PoI creation or give the user the ability to manipulate the elevation. => already happens for floating models
* Show the descriptionbefore the quiz. This way the user can get an introduction first. This way, the tour guide can give information that might be useful for the task. => gamification = first question then info!!!
* After 5 minutes I realized you expected me to tap my screen to place the model. Some guide should be put there to help explain how to view the model proceeded the walk. (Q: could it be that the instructions do not work on every version) => please read the tutorial
