## 总结

国内的潮玩品牌基本没看到发NFT的相关新闻，至少官宣的这种新闻是没有看到。国内的NFT，也只是依托各家公司旗下的联盟链来发售，理论上无法在以太坊等公链上进行交易。

国内对NFT发展保持谨慎防范的态度，而国外监管环境则相对宽松，所以国外NFT发展路径和品类更具多元化，应用场景生态活跃；而国内NFT产品在版权、保护和弘扬传统文化方面有着积极作用。例如，对于发行藏品内容，国外NFT不必经过版权审核，国内规范的数字藏品必须经过相关审核才可上链发布。
