Leaving to go away, Andrew asked Lisa to call the police. Reason unknown.

7/7/2022
We get home from a week+ away at 11pm, Andrew immediately runs outside to say hello. Mentions something about calling the police (again?). Later says something about stealing a red grill from our screenhouse, says he'll break into our truck windows and steal.

7/20/2022
A flower pot in front of the red truck was turned upside down and dumped out on the asphalt. Image in Google Photos. Arount 7am, a woman got into her gold car, like a Cutlass, a man got into his vehicle. He saw me kept looking over at me as if waiting for something. I eventually raised my hand as if to wave, we both left. I sensed he was wondering if I knew what happened and what I was going to say. About 10 or 15 minutes later, a white woman with dark hair, tattoo o right forearm, and African-American man with beard were smoking out front. I walked over, explained a flowerpot had been dumped. The woman said she was so sorry. The man said something about behavior. It sounded like he was suggesting their resident. I asked, "Did he do that?" The woman said she didn't know. The man said, "Proably," but that he didn't see anything. " I said, "Let's try to keep him on this side." The woman said, "For sure." Clearly, they think he did it, and clearly he's not being kept under watch. Or, maybe those two had just come in, the other two had been there at night. In that case, they are not taking responsibility for it.

Andrew admitted to Lisa that he did it.
