**Spring rejuvenation:** partake in the season's vitality
---
I understand that good medicine consists of more than working with a few plants. It stems from an ancient understanding that we are all related to every other being around us and what we do to ourselves today will inevitably impact everybody else around us tomorrow. We have a very long history of living closely together. In fact, we humans only exist because plants so generously care for us. Every breathe we take, they give. They clothe and house us. The majority of food we eat, they provide. They lift our spirits and mend our emotions. Plants nourish and maintain our overll health, but they also care for us when we get sick.
When we learn to listen to the wisdom of our bodies, and of the earth and nature, a deep wellness and vitality can emerge. Plant medicines are valuable in supporting the body's natural ability to heal itself and return to homeostasis, through their effects on our physiology and mental health, as well as our spiritual well-being.

**Sunfilled summer:** smell the essences of life
---
This digital collection compiles a personal selection of herbs have come into my life and nudged me to be of service to the humans around me. My hope is that by taking you along on my seasonal explorations and sharing some of my formulations, some seeds of curiosity will stick to you and eventually come to assist you in deepening of your own relationships with plants.

**Bountiful treasure**s: transition into annual reflection
