# How to claim POAP NFTs
From time to time, the DAO may issue Proof of Attendance Protocol (POAP) NFTs. Here's how to claim them.
(As of 6/8/2021)

1. A DAO member will post POAP links (EG: http://POAP.xyz/claim/g22x9x). The link can only be used once, so please make sure it is your link. It is currently free to issue a POAP on the xDai network.

2. Click on the link to claim and then put in your wallet address (any ERC-721 compatible wallet will do).

3. The POAP will be issued on the xDAI network. To add the xDAI network to your Metamask, select the xDAI Network from Chainlist. The NFT will only be only visible when you set your Metamask network to xDAI and using the Metamask app. (The chrome Metamask extension does not show NFTs):

6. Optional: You can move the POAP NFT to Ethereum Mainnet by paying for the gas in Ether.
