# Q&A Q&A is questions and answers, which can be a fun way to break the ice if you don’t know people. ### So how does it work? One person asks a question and we go around the circle so each person can answer it (you may need to agree on the order of turns so you can indicate the next person is ready when you are done). Once the first person answers you then go to the next person to answer the same question, and so on until the questioner is finally answering their own question! Then the next person asks a question and it goes around again. Remember, you are always able to call "Pass" if you do not want to answer a question, or if you are struggling to ask one. Anyone can call also call ‘T’ for tangent or time if the answer goes outside of the scope of the question or is going for too long.
