# Experiment 5: Lower Mobility

## Description
We set the GLOBAL_MOBILITY_SCALING_FACTOR to 0.3 to see how this affects the performance of different methods. Reducing this factor from 1 to 0.3 reduces the number of possibly infectious contacts that a person has every day to 30% of what it otherwise would be.

## Analysis
For some reason, the scaling factor does not affect No Intervention. We need to look into this.

The performance of the transformer makes me think it's possible that these methods may perform poorly in the event that there is no disease at all. I should run an experiment with no covid19 and see how they do.
