--- tags: Project Notes --- # Experiment Wiki ### Infection Chains There are three main pieces to the infection chain. 1) Column headers represent whether the person has a phone and whether they are asymptomatic as a tuple (A, phone). If they're asymptomatic, there's an "A". 2) Each row represents a day 3) Each cell contains information what happened to a person on a day. #### Legend: - Tests are represented as test+ or test- - envelope C X ==> contact message generated in a time slot X times for the infectee - envelope U X ==> update message generated in a time slot X times for the infectee - S:X X number of symptoms - R:X Risk level at the end of the day - Color - Rec level - Inbox: Max message received by the person from anyone (excluding infector) - Lightning: Max risk level received from person on the left (there has to be envelope on the left pointing right) - The arrow going into an inbox with an integer represents the highest risk message they received from anyone that day. - biohazard ABCD : infection at ABCD location #### Severity: Sev: 0 = None Sev: 1 = Mild Sev: 2 = Moderate Sev: 3 = Severe Sev: 4 = Extremely-Severe ### Pareto Adoption ### Jellybeans ### Presymptomatic ### Efficiency Metric
