- 備註:這是年初的時候,開會的教學影片,所以有些地方可能會和這篇文章有點出入,審稿流程的部份可以以這篇文為主(This is the old version, some parts might be outdated)
## 進入系統Login
1. 登入Login

2. 進入 COSCUP 2020 Login to COSCUP+Year

## 補件Overdue Paper Submission
0. 事先收集好講者的資料 Collect all the speaker's info first
1. 進入 Submission 的頁面,有一個新增 submission 的按鈕 Enter into the page of Submission, on the right hand side click on +Add New Submission

2. 新增的時候有很多其他軌的**額外欄位**,目前都調成 Optional 了,所以可以不用填寫,關心你們需要的資料即可While adding new submission,you will see many other columns for other tracks. Now it's all make it to optional. You can skip the part and fill in only the part you need.
3. 新增完稿件後,可以去 mails 裡把通知信寄出去,請確認好罐頭信件的內容After adding new submissions, you can use Mails button to send the email out. Please make sure the auto message has the correct info you need.

## 審稿 Review Paper
1. 進入審稿頁面,並選取稿件 Login to Review page

2. 審稿畫面 Review Page


3. 評分後儲存 After review hit save

重新進入開稿件後,即可看見審稿評論與分數 After reentering the page, you can see the score you marked for the paper

## 入選稿件 Submission

:spiral_note_pad: 只有社群負責人權限的人,可以入選稿件,審稿者權限的人不能入選稿件Only the track owner can decide which paper enroll into the track. Paper reveiwer can't decide

1. 篩選社群 Pick your own Track
:::warning
:warning: 一定要篩選稿件,請不要去修改到其它社群的稿件 Please filter out the track of your own community only. Please don't make any change on others.

2. 修改狀態 Status
- accepted 是同意這份稿件入選 Agree to have this paper be in the track
- confirmed 是確認講者也同意出席 Speaker confirm the participation

## 編排議程 Arrange Schedule

:spiral_note_pad: 建議編排完議程後,再寄出錄取通知信 We highly recommend after arranging the schedule then sending out the email confirmation

### 1. 確認議程長度
:::danger
因為編排議程是根據 submission type 的時間長度,調整時間長度的,所以必須要修改 submission type 才能調整時間長度 If you would like to make adjustment for he length for each talk, first please change the submission type first
目前開了從 5 分鐘到 3 小時的時間級距,若有需要多加開不同種類的時間長度,請在群組告知議程組Now we have 5minutes-3 hours time options. Please info the program staff if you would like to have other option.

- 篩選社群 Filter the Track

:warning: 一定要篩選稿件,請不要去修改到其它社群的稿件Please Please filter your track and don't make any change to other tracks

- 點入議程 Click on the Paper/Talk you're looking for

- 修改 submission type 並儲存 Please make change accordingly and hit save

### 2. 編排議程 Arrange schedule

2. 注意日期,請不要改到其他社群的時間表Please note the date, and please don't make any change on other track
3. 灰色不能編輯,白色可以,時間開始或結束有異狀,請通知議程組員 Grey area can't be edited, white part can, if you see any issues with starting time and ending time please note the program staff

- 用**拖曳**的方式從清單中拖放議程到時間表上Use drag&drop way to arrange the schedule

## 寄出錄取通知信Sending out accepting email

錄取通知信需要包含Accepting Letter needs to include
- 請講者提供英文資料 Speaker's English info
- 確認講者時間與是否出席 Please confirm with the speaker with conference dates

### 1. 寄信 Email
- 將稿件狀態改為 accepted,請參考:[入選稿件]Change the status to accepted , please refer to the Accept Paper Doc(#%E5%85%A5%E9%81%B8%E7%A8%BF%E4%BB%B6)
- 可以使用 Pretalx 提供的工具寄信,進入 mails 後,找到稿件,編輯信件後寄出Please use the prompt inside the Pretalx and edit the email then hit send

- 信件中有可以讓講者 confirmed 的連結 Inside the prompt there's a confimed link for speakers to click
- 若不使用 Pretalx 寄信,也可以直接跟講者確認完後,將稿件狀態改為 confirmed,請參考:[入選稿件] If you don't want to use pretalx sent the email, you can also contact the speaker on other platforms then come back and change the status into confirmed.(#%E5%85%A5%E9%81%B8%E7%A8%BF%E4%BB%B6)
### 2. 補上英文資料 Adding the English info

請讓所有「錄取講者」都補上英文議程描述。由於 Pretalx 沒有提供讓講者填寫雙語的介面,因此在額外欄位上,目前新增了五個收集英文描述的欄位,請讓「錄取的講者」提供英文議程描述,再由社群負責人自行填寫進,新的五個欄位中。Please let the all accepted speakers fill in their English info including their topics. Because there's no place to fill in two languages

- 修改議程的地方,有五個欄位,社群負責人請務必讓入選的稿件補上 Any change on paper please make sure the accepted paper fillin all the info

## 寄出未錄取通知信Rejecting Email Notification

:spiral_note_pad: 未錄取通知信,六月再寄即可,務必確認完所有錄取議程後,再寄出Rejected paper email notification, please send out only after you had informed all the accepted paper first.You can send the Rejecting email around June.

- 將稿件狀態改為 not accepted,請參考:[入選稿件]Please change the paper status to not accepted (#%E5%85%A5%E9%81%B8%E7%A8%BF%E4%BB%B6)
- 可以使用 Pretalx 提供的工具寄信,進入 mails 後,找到稿件,編輯信件後寄出 Please use pretalx prompt to send out.After find the paper,then hit the edit then sending out the email.
