AI x Civic Tech --- 臺灣公民科技專案與社群經營，是組成臺灣開源文化的一部分，本議程將聚焦探討近年生成式 AI 技術具體應用於公民科技專案的經驗，以及從公民科技領域與生態系視角，檢視 Gen AI 當下及趨勢。 「AI 麻瓜共學團」工作小組持續推動 AI 素養培力課程，並且培訓種籽講師，鼓勵講師於各領域推廣素養培力課程，並結合 AI 應用提案思維，進一步邀請學習者提出專案構想。「g0v Jothon 揪松團」工作小組持續籌辦雙月大黑客松，並投入社群基礎建設，推動募款事務，目前有八位志工以及專案合作人員，歷年曾籌辦「g0v 公民科技創新獎助金 Civic Tech Prototype Grant」 ，發起撰寫「g0v 公民科技專案與社群手冊 g0v Civic Tech Project & Community Handbook」，推展「零時小學校 Sch001」數位公民培力 (包含開放式課程、專案孵化計畫)，建置「公民科技專案資料庫與指引」。 Taiwan’s civic tech projects and community operations are integral to the nation’s open-source culture. This track focuses on practical experiences in applying Generative AI to civic tech initiatives, while examining current GenAI trends and their impact through the lens of the civic tech ecosystem. We invite submissions showcasing practical applications of AI within the civic tech domain, as well as insights and perspectives on the intersection of these fields. The "AI Muggles' Co-learning Group" task force continues to advance AI literacy empowerment courses and train seed instructors. We encourage these instructors to promote literacy across various fields and integrate AI application design thinking, inviting learners to propose their own project concepts. The "g0v Jothon" task force consistently organizes bi-monthly hackathon, maintains community infrastructure, and manages fundraising efforts. Currently composed of eight volunteers and project collaborators, g0v Jothon’s track record includes organizing the "g0v Civic Tech Prototype Grant," initiating the "g0v Civic Tech Project & Community Handbook," and launching "Sch001" (a digital citizenship empowerment initiative featuring open courses and project incubation). They have also developed the "Civic Tech Project Database and Guidelines."
