# FLEX Interactive Terms of Service ### FLEX Interactive ToS are set of guidelines that you should follow and abide by during the time you are using our products. ## **SECTIONS** * Definitions * Who are we * Base Community Conduct * Product Usage Conduct # Definitions * "Parent-company" - The company that is responsible of the platform * "Service" - Is anything we provide you * "Us, we, FLEX" - FLEX Interactive * "Consumer, Customer, you" - You, the user. # Who are we FLEX Interactive is a friendly, chill organization that seeks to build fun projects and tools that make your development a lot easier! ‎ We provide programmers performant, fast tools taht will make their scripting journey easy and fun! ‎ ‎ # Base Community Conduct This is the base Community Conduct that any FLEX Interactive instance should enforce. Meaning that breaking any of these guidelines will result in a ban in all instances. ### Respect and Harassment * You should **not** disrespect anybody in our community nor in any related community to us. If you failed to do so, you will be banned from the instance where you violated the rules * You should **not** harass anybody, no matter their appearence, choices *(not supporting the LGBTQ+ community while also not hating them)*. This also includes, sexual harassment, cyber harassment or any form of harassment. ‎ ‎ ### Doxing, D/Dosing and Raiding a service * You should **not** reveal any form of personal information, unless the person that owns the information agrees to distributing the information. * You should **not** D/Dos any person, organization, service, or any form of technology service. * You should **not** raid a service, service provider, or any sort of a platform to take down the moderation power, service stablity. In general, you should not also promote it nor join a service that does, or if caught, you'll be banned from FLEX Interactive instances or any relative instances. ‎ ‎ ### Impersonation and Pretending * You should **not** pretend to be a staff at any organization, company, real-world enforcement agency. * You should **not** impersonate an indvidiual, organization, company, real-world enforcement empolyee. ‎ ‎ ### Gore And NSFW * You should **not** send, distrubute any form of content that involves around gore, or contains gore. * You should **not** send NSFW content at any time, and doing so will result in a serious punishment. # Product Usage Conduct This is the Product Usage Conduct, which contains the payment policies, privacy policy and the fair use of the service and the forbidden use. ### Fair and Forbidden Use This the FAFU *(Fair and Forbidden Use)* sub-section, which states how you use the service, and when it counts as fair/forbidden use. * When building an infrastructure, framework, or a game, a product with the help of our products, it counts as fair use as long as the following is met: Your X is not just a way to interact with our service, your behavior doesn't break our ToS or the Parent-company ToS, your product doesn't break our ToS, your product doesn't exploit the service. ### Payment Policies These are the policies that you should be aware of when interacting with any paying-related service or any sort of payment service. * We don't issue refunds: When buying any sort of service from us, you should be aware that we won't return any sort of refunds * We aren't responsible of any "scamming" incident that happened with you when **buying the service from a third-party group, as you won't get it or you will pay for a service, we already provide for free**. * We aren't responsible of deletion of the licence that you have done. ### Privacy Policy Our privacy policy is [here](https://hackmd.io/I6zJRffwR92NW5nBi64z0g).
