# FLEX Interactive: Corporate's Principles & Terms
#### **The following principles & terms are represented and treated as the offical guidelines for our network.**

# Definitions
1. "Service" is any service that is provided by FLEX Interactive, can be Customer Support service, programs, frameworks, tools, and any product that is provided by FLEX Interactive.
2. "Platform" is the digital platform that the "action" took place on. Normally, Discord or Roblox Platform.
3. "Parent-Company" is the corporation that is responsbile of the platform that the "action" took place on.
4. "Process" is any process that is related to Service.
5. "Us", "We", "FLEX Interactive", "Service Provider" is the organization that is known as "FLEX Interactive".
6. "Open-source Programs/OS" is any program that you can view the source code of.
7. "Closed-source Progams/CS" is any program that you can't view the source code of, and can be API-based service.
8. "API-Based/AB" is any service that revolves around external operations and is normally paid access.
# Who we are
We provide technology service(s) that allow you to maintain your ROBLOX games. In addition, these can be paid services that are hosted or *open-sourced* programs.
We are a corporation that specialize in developing Roblox Technology systems and APIs.
# **Community-related Terms**
Community-related terms are the official principles and the base rules & guideliens for every instance of our network to follow, however instances can have custom-made rules for these instances.
## **General Agreement**
By using, participating or any process related to FLEX Interactive Network/Community, you agree to the following agreements.
### **Respect and Royality**
By being a member in the FLEX Interactive community, you agree to not be disrespectful to anybody in both, our communities/other communities. Respect plays an essential role in our communication at FLEX Interactive staff internal discussions and **SHOULD** always be the same in general & public discussions. However, not everything is considered as a violation of this agreement, for example, treating your friend as the *normal* treatment *(for example, telling them to shut up)* won't count as a violation but not all the cases are the same, so the FLEX Interactive staff is responsbile for determining whether your action/attitude is against the rules or not.
### **Harassment & Mental Health Attacks**
By being a member in the FLEX Interactive community, you agree to not harass anybody, in both our communities/other communities. Harassment is **NOT** tolerated at any circumstances, whether you claim as this is for "joking" purposes, or claim that the victim accepts it. Discriminatory , Psychological and Sexual harassments, racism and cyberbullying also falls under this agreement and will not be tolerated whatsoever. And in an addition to *Sexual Harssments*, sexual abuse threats or any kind of action that has to do with sexual-related actions will also not be tolerated.
### **Doxing & DDoS Attacks**
By being in the community, you agree to not show any private information about an individual. Any information that you share that is either leaked without the consent of the victim or an actual *un-leaked* or *private* information, you will be punished and may get reported to law-enforcements by the Parent-company. Moreover, threating or any kind of such action that revolves around threating to show *(or leak)* information about any person / somebody will also count a violation of this agreement.
### **Impersonation**
Impersonation of such individual, bot, service provider, digital organization, real-world organization, or any law enforcements organization is heavily moderated and will **NOT** be tolerated. Renaming your username, display name, nicknames to match with another member will not be tolerated, even if it is just a "joke". Moreover, impersonating staff of FLEX Interactive is also against the *ToS*. In addition, claiming to be a staff, impersonating existing staff is also considered a violation of this agreement.
### **NSFW & Gore**
NSFW Content is heavilty against our principles. NSFW Content is the content that viewer may not wish to be seen looking at in a public, formal or controlled environment. Moreover, Gore content is also against our principles.
### **Raiding**
Raiding any of FLEX Interactive network's instance (ex: discord servers, bots, etc.) will result in an instant ban from the instance (and globally to other FLEX Interactive instances if possible). “Raiding” can be sending huge amounts of bots/accounts/users into an instance to either strike down moderation power, cause chaos, change a result of a decision or related events, or overload the instance. We absolutely condemn any raiding of any community, or any encouragement of such, whether internally or externally.

# **Corporate-related Terms**
Corporate-related terms are the official principles and agreements that you **SHOULD** follow when using our programs, or either participating in the usage of it, or in any process that is related to any FLEX Interactive Service.
### **Open-source Programs Usage Agreement**
By using, or any process action you agree to not exploit, misuse the service(s) in any way to strike down another instance *(overloading)* or stealing, publishing the service as yours. Moreover, overloading any such instance that is either owned by FLEX Interactive or another ownership identity using OS programs is also considered against this agreement.
### **Usage**
1. **General Usage:** Is the normal usage where you use the OS to maintain your instance.
2. **Infrastructure Development Usage:** Is the usage where you use the OS to develop your own infrastructure, such as using a Database-related OS service to develop your own moderation system.
3. **Forbidden Usage:** Is the forbidden usage where you use the server to either strike down an instance power, corrupt a database, cause chaos, corrupt a moderation/support base. Or more simply enough, publishing, selling the service as yours.
### **Closed-source / API-based Programs Usage Agreement**
By using, or any process action you agree to not exploit, misuse the service in any way to strike down another instance *(overloading)* or attempt to stealing, publishing the service as yours
### **Usage**
1. **General Usage:** Is the normal usage where you use the AB/CS to maintain your instance.
2. **Infrastructure Development Usage:** Is the usage where you use the OS to develop your own infrastructure, such as using a Database-related AB/CS service to develop your own moderation system.
3. **Forbidden Usage:** Is the forbidden usage where you use the service to either strike down an instance power, corrupt a database, cause chaos, corrupt a moderation/support base. Or more simply enough, publishing, selling the service as yours.
### **Payment Policies**
By buying or any process related to buying a service you agree to the following agreements & policies, as well as the right to terminate your license:
+ You agree that we have the full right to terminate your license in some situation that you have broken the *ToS*.
+ You agree that once you buy a license, no refunds will be accepted.
+ You agree that we are **NOT** responsible of any **"scamming"** incident you were vicitm of if you already bought the license from another provider rather than FLEX Interactive.
+ Any deletion of the **"license"** will not result in any refund whatsoever.
### **Privacy Policies *(Agreement)***
By using, or any process action, you agree that most of your *public* data can be saved for security purposes, or to make the service function. Your data can be classified to *Account Public & Service Information* and *Usage Information & Relation to Moderation*.
**Account Public & Service Information**
- **These data are saved temporally just for the service functioning. However, IDs are saved for security purposes**
1. **Account ID**: Can be the Parent-company's platform account associated with you, the customer.
2. **Parent ID:** Can be the game that is associated with the usage of the service. Can also be a group in some situations. Moreover, it can be the guild that the service deployed on.
3. **API Key:** Can be used to utilize ROBLOX API keys, such as place management and datastore.
**Usage Information & Relation to Moderation**
- **Usage information aren't necessarily needed to be turned on, these are for analytics purposes and will take no cost on your game preformance**
1. **Usage Time:** The usage time of the service **(optional)**
2. **Parent's usercount:** The playercount of your game and the guild that uses the service **(optional)**
3. **Past Warnings & Punishments:** These are the past warnings that CorpX *Moderation Team* has given you in the past. These are saved as a mod log. **(required)**
### **Block of Use/Usage Termination**
By using, or any process action, you agree that if your usage of the service has violated the *terms-of-service*, your instance will not be able to use the service/blocked from *ABI-BASED/CLOSED-SOURCE* Programs usage.
**Open-Sourced Programs**
While we don't have any authority over who use our Open-sourced programs, we can indeed terminate your usage from API-BASED/Closed-source programs and other actions that revolve around the community.
**Closed-Source/API-based Programs**
Any violation of our Terms-of-Service will result in a block from the service.
