# FLEX Interactive Privacy Policy ### This is the privacy policy for FLEX Interactive, this page, will explain what kind of personal information we collect from you, how we collect it, and how we use it, and whether we share it with third-parties or not. ## What Kind Of Personal Information We Collect * Private Information: Name, email, age * Public Service Information: Discord UserID, Roblox ID, Discord Messages, Roblox Messages *(messages that you sent to any of the FLEX Interactive team for help)* * API-Based Service Usage: Time of using the service per month, number of invokes of Service's Functionalities per month, GameID/GuildID. ## How We Collect Personal Information * Private Information: We collect these kind of information by applications for staff, we don't ask for that type of information to use the services. * Public Service Information: First, we collect Discord/Roblox IDs when you first subscribe to a service or join any of the FLEX Interactive instances. Secondly, Roblox Messages and Discord messages are collected when any of the events that produce such results occured e.g sending a message. * API-Based Service Usage: These are collected whenever a call is invoked to such service. ## How We Use Personal Information * Private Information: We use these information to either verify if somebody is old enough to be a staff or a bot protection. * Public Service Information: We use these information to build and maintain our security infrastructure or to make any of the public resources more content-rich or more simpler. * API-Based Service Usage: We use these information to analyse the usage of our service to maintain them or an extra secuirty layer in some cases. ## When We Look At Personal Information * Private Information: In the process of reading the applications. * Public Service Information: When we need such evidence to prove something from your past messages or to get feedback on improving our resources. * API-Based Service Information: When we need to analyze a service, or look at unusual activity ## When We Delete Personal Information * Private Information: Cleared Every 30 days * Public Service Information: We don't, unless you requested us to do so * API-based Service Usage: We clear the raw data after we do a global analyze. ## Do We Share Infomration?
