# Phantom Corporation: Terms Of Service **The following terms are the base terms of service for each instance of Phantom Corporation should abide by; including FLEX Interactive and Cobraoizem** # Definitions 1. "Service" is any service that is provided by Phantom Corporation; including instances as well. 2. "Instance" is any company/entity that is under Phantom Leadership. 3. "Platform" is the digital platform that the "action" took place on. Normally, Discord or Roblox Platform. 4. "Platform-Company" is the corporation that is responsbile of the platform that the "action" took place on. 5. "Parent-Company" is Phantom Corporation 6. "Process" is any process that is related to Service. # Community Conduct Community conduct is the strict guidelines that each instance's community should abide by, and if any member of the said community violated the following, the instance's safety team should punish them accordingly. ### I. Respect and Loyality You should respect every single member, no matter what is their race, life conditions and any physical issues nor mentally. If any body disrespected you please get help from a staff member of the instance's moderation team. Don't *"troll"* and say that somebody disrespected you when it is obvious that it is a joke and doesn't harm nor benefits.
