## Why
Liberty Mutual wants to connect to Taylor - print vendor for their Orange-Templates

## Target
- Develop an order fulfillment for printing templates with Taylor just like we have one for Fedex print services.
- Includes accepting receiving the shipping tracking numbers by webhook (from Taylor to Cortex). We will need to provide our endpoint to receive webhooks to Taylor and set then up with an account with bearer token authentication.
