These changes are an attempt to make the process more transparent, orderly, and conducive to substantive discussion surrounding an offboarding proposal prior to a vote. Additionally, after over a year of the Core Unit MIP Set ratification, we are proposing simple changes to the structure to reflect how Core Units exist in the DAO.
