--- tags: Training --- # Python course cheatsheet - Latest schedule: [Planning HackMD](https://hackmd.io/6LvZYr6QTam9KOw68RQugg) - Course website: https://aaltoscicomp.github.io/python-for-scicomp/ ## As an instructor - When it's your turn, connect to Zoom (connection details only shared via Zulip private message) - Also connect to Jitsi (microphone and volume off here; connection details only shared via Zulip private message) to see what your co-instructor may be sharing because if you would watch on Twitch, you would see it few seconds delayed - The director's computer captures Zoom and re-broadcasts it. - During breaks and exercise sessions, the broadcast scene can be switched and audio muted (so you can freely speak among instructors). The director will say when this happens. - Never unshare screen without announcing it and waiting for 2 seconds (so that the director has time to switch scene) - During an exercise stay in the Zoom - Scene will be switched so that you can talk with other instructors but not students. - Coordinate with the director to figure out what you want to do/when you want to go live/etc. - Break times are non-negotiable, never less than 10 minutes per roughly hour.
