Agreement: Advertizement goes mainly through USIT
Connection to CodeRefinery can go via USIT or CodeRefniery directly
USIT can provide helpers. Event can be provided via UiO Carpentries and USIT (can provide coffee/snacks?), hosted by library?
Plan: Arrange room at UiO, USIT can provide helpers, registration first via CodeRefinery, e-mail to all UiO registrations with small second registration
