Platform Selection: 1. Twitter: Updates on new projects, announcements, workshop details, and shared relevant content. 2. LinkedIn: For professional news, job postings, collaborations and shared relevant content. 3. GitHub: Sharing open source projects, involving the coding community and providing all needed resources. 4. Blog/Website: In-depth articles, updates, tutorials, and project details. 1. Content Creation: - Sharing updates about CodeRefinery services, upcoming workshops, and projects. - Creating blog articles on the website related to open source projects, programming tips and tricks, benefits of CodeRefinery workshops etc. - A regular Q&A series on Twitter, engaging with the followers answering their queries and concerns. - Sharing relevant content from other similar platforms providing value and building relationships. - Spotlight employee stories, achievements, a "day in the life" posts to showcase the CodeRefinery team. 2. Engagement: - Reaching out to followers, responding to their comments or messages. - Using appropriate hashtags on Twitter to reach a wider audience. - Networking with similar organizations or influencers on LinkedIn. 3. Promotion: - Hosting online webinars or workshops and promoting them across all platforms. - Creating unique hashtags for each significant event or project. - Collaborating with other businesses or influencers. 4. Monitoring: - Regular checking of the social media analytics to track follower growth, engagement rate, the success of different posts. - Monitor the overall sentiment towards CodeRefinery. 5. Plan: - Posting at least three times a week on Twitter and LinkedIn. - One blog post per week on the website. - Regularly updating GitHub with new projects and helpful resources. The goal is to build a community around our shared interest in high-quality coding. This would be done with consistent, engaging content, and responding to people who interact with our posts.
