For small non credit schools that dont think they will make the 15 student limit or dont want to lead the teaching.

**Technical Roles/Use Cases**

- build student study session and community at their school
- study groups/sesisons with students
- evangelize codepath at their campus
- workshops
- hackathon workshops
- info sessions
- Mentor for MAD course or iOS Course

**Non-technical Roles/Use Cases**

- Guided by codepath marketing team

The ambassador does not need to attend TF training they are not teaching and would be students of the remote course ( in future the 6 week remote course will change to 10 week course) Ambator training will be short and talk about building comunities taking the Mad course is a posibility so they can help students at the study groups for the first few weeks

**Office hour protocolls**

I believe there needs to be rules and guidlinnes for office hours so it is fair for TAs and TFs.
Marks proposed rules:
Office hours must be planned and announced 24h in advanced on the general spring channel
1. Office hours must be recorded and posted on the general channel
1. Office hours should be paid by hour not by post and should last between 45-90min and paid between $25-$45, if we pay by post we shouldnt have the student write the post in slack as it takes up time and space
1. Maximum number of office hours is 3h a week
1. Multiple TAs can join the office hour session but should be planned and agreed upon by all parties
1. If a TA is also a TF there should be a minimum of 30 min between their class end and office hours to make it fair for TAs and TFs

- TA office hours should be hosted for ALL students, not just your sites. If you plan to host office hours after your TF session, make sure to make it available to all students.
- Office hours spreadsheet will be posted on the `ios-spring21`.
