*Why do you want to apply as a Tech Fellow?*
- Learned a lot from the ios course
- Learn really well by teaching others
- Not well-known on the campus
- No one wanted to be a tf at first

*What skills do you have that would contribute as a Tech Fellow? Prior experiences?*
- Hackathons - good team player
- Thinks that being a tf means being a team-player
- Fast learner
- Loves learning new things

*What does it take to build a good community in the classroom?*
- Communication is key
- Encourage hands-on teaching
- Entertaining teaching
- Having a study group amongst students
- Collaborative
- Respectful
- me: how would you approach a student who is older than you as a TF?
- She doesn't see it as a big problem

*What skills do you want to build/improve on? (technical/non-technical)*
- Communication skills
- Technical teaching
- teaching chess to her little sister

*How was the TF application process? Would you make any changes to improve it?*
- Hard to find the application
- Had to redo the end of course survey

*What would you improve in CodePath?*
- The graders only check the gifs

* I can discern that you have a strong grasp on the topics, however, the presentation was a little fast (often non-linear)

### Tech Fellow Covid Grant

Grant of `$599` sent directly to tech fellows via PayPal. All Tech Fellows can apply (for-credit, non-credit, returning, new, etc.). To qualify, TFs must:

* Write an essay about COVID + CodePath community-building
* Attend + Participate 9-week leadership training
* Recruit minimum of 15 students (Admitted status)
