# iOS TA Protocols (For Gurus)
## Questions with no @ios-help tag
If students don't mark a @ios-help, then go ahead and put it down for them on the thread so that TAs to take it
## Spoonfeeding
The main point is to not have TAs carry students to do their whole assignment. Have students submit individual tickets for each question. But remember, the main idea is help students learn how to debug. The TA shows the student how they would debug.
## Resolving Efficiencies
1. Have students send confirmation messages that their issues resolved to let us know like this:

1. This is how **students(not sure yet)/gurus can mark it resolved**, as long as you have a student confirmation message

This is how you mark it resolved, as long as you have a student confirmation
## Group Projects
### Ideas
**Remote Course Only**
Current Idea
- Same bounty system
- Normal Slack/Discussion answers and bounties as usual
- If on zoom call for more than 30 minutes, TAs should have students submit another ticket
Previous Ideas (maybe in the future)
- Manually adjust bounties for group project questions
- We should be more analytical with this
- Have TAs host pods for students
- Put groups in Pods (1 Pod = 2 - 3 groups)
- Compensation Method for pods
## Setting up Contracts
- Sheet is setup for who is passing
- Add them to the channel
- **@Gurus** Send email confirmation
- Set up meeting for onboarding (cc Tejen)
- Send Tim list of confirmed TAs
## Invoicing
- Every 2 weeks, generate invoice
- Send it + invoices@codepath.org + to designated Gurus
