- He was already wanting to tech ios

*What skills do you have that would contribute as a Tech Fellow? Prior experiences?*
- Taught data structures in India and ran data structure workshops at Dominguez Hills

*What does it take to build a good community in the classroom?*
- Students need to be comfortable
- everyone should be able to raise their hand and ask questions and the teacher should be able to ask the teacher any time
- group work

*What skills do you want to build/improve on? (technical/non-technical)*
- Assigning a lot of responsibility
- teaching skills
- ios dev
- closely working with the chair so he will become a mentor
- career booster

*What would you improve in CodePath?*
- Nothing they seem well organized
- want to make sure he has the tools to be successful
