- Wanted to help students persists and learn how to coding
- Want to provide value to students

What skills do you have that would contribute as a Tech Fellow? Prior experiences?
- First to REACHE OUT TO STUDENTS IN THE TEAM (lEADERSHIP)
- Product managements skills by being proactive in many different cases
- LEARNING WHAT TEAMMATES STRENGHTS ARE
- Talk to teammates individually
- Make everyone fell connected to the group
What does it take to build a good community in the classroom?
- Reach out to everystudents
- Being aware of the skills of the students
- Keep track of students progress and ask students what they neeed

- Improve the number of courses in Buffalo to include andriod and cyber-security

Tech Fellow Covid Grant
Grant of $599
sent directly to tech fellows via PayPal. All Tech Fellows can apply (for-credit, non-credit, returning, new, etc.). To qualify, TFs must:
- Write an essay about COVID + CodePath community-building
- Attend + Participate 9-week leadership training
- Recruit minimum of 15 students (Admitted status)
