- other students in his school dont like CS but he loves CS and feels CS is an art

*Why do you want to apply as a Tech Fellow?*
- Really for codepaths message and vision
- Felt really connected to codepath message

*What skills do you have that would contribute as a Tech Fellow? Prior experiences?*
- Winter of 2020 ; helped students prepeed for CS exams
- Only 2 people showed up out of 14
- Wants to make a bigger impact wiht codepath - Tenacicity

*What does it take to build a good community in the classroom?*
- Common Interest
- Getting students to have commoin interest

*What skills do you want to build/improve on? (technical/non-technical)*
- Leadership skills
- ios development

*How was the TF application process? Would you make any changes to improve it?*
- went two info-sessions and it was pretty helpul and infornative
- webpages were straight foward
- Info-sessions cut me off and i wwould make them a bit longer

*What would you improve in CodePath?*
- cohort been spaced out
- students dont work togther
- A more centralised way of getting students connected
- Delete pictures for cyber security? Allow students keep pictures? So others can refer to problem

### Tech Fellow Covid Grant

Grant of `$599` sent directly to tech fellows via PayPal. All Tech Fellows can apply (for-credit, non-credit, returning, new, etc.). To qualify, TFs must:

* Write an essay about COVID + CodePath community-building
* Attend + Participate 9-week leadership training
* Recruit minimum of 15 students (Admitted status)
