- Undergrad in electrical engineering
- Wants to be part of the software enginnering movement
- Not a former iOS student
Why do you want to apply as a Tech Fellow?
- "big fan of personal development"
- Right now, big personal interest is iOS development
- Being a TF will increase his knowledge as an iOS developer
- Wants to pass his knowledge down to other people
What skills do you have that would contribute as a Tech Fellow? Prior experiences?
- Has good organizational skills (from MBA)
- Understands the important of aesthetics and design
- "having everything complete and look good"
- Ability to learn
What does it take to build a good community in the classroom?
- Strong communication
- Being available to the students
- keeping people engaged
What skills do you want to build/improve on? (technical/non-technical)
- Being able to build larger applications
- Communication - good now, but can be better
- Presentation skills
How was the TF application process? Would you make any changes to improve it?

- Write an essay about COVID + CodePath community-building
- Attend + Participate 9-week leadership training
- Recruit minimum of 15 students (Admitted status)
