*Why do you want to apply as a Tech Fellow?*
- Enjoy teaching
- Involved in getting freshman into tech
- Techlead for EWalks : hosts workshops and meetings
- Want to introduce codepath and more to more people
- Can get more people using skills that are valid in the industry these days

*What skills do you have that would contribute as a Tech Fellow? Prior experiences?*
- Swift and iOS
- Extensive machine learning
- experince with network tecnologies
- Like iteracting with people
- Good at marketing ,I would be able to to market codepath to get to more people

*What does it take to build a good community in the classroom?*
- Trying to have a couple of guide lines that make everyone feel included and not marginalised
- People being supportive
- Being able to focus on other aspects of life apart from the primary focus ponts
- Focusing on building relationships and bonds

*How was the TF application process? Would you make any changes to improve it?*
- Pretty well thought out
- Intructions were specific and gave me a starting point
- Didnt have any problems
- Maybe require more that 2 people can't make it

*What would you improve in CodePath?*
- Have more recordings available for the general public for people can't get into the course.

### Tech Fellow Covid Grant

Grant of `$599` sent directly to tech fellows via PayPal. All Tech Fellows can apply (for-credit, non-credit, returning, new, etc.). To qualify, TFs must:

* Write an essay about COVID + CodePath community-building
* Attend + Participate 9-week leadership training
* Recruit minimum of 15 students (Admitted status)
