# Ebuka TF Bi-weekly Check in (1st Round) ### Lab/Tools/Resources Feedback - What do you think about the training? (I.e. slow, fast, just right, hard, easy) - Keep in mind of TFs who are former students, we are gearing towards new tfs with little to no experience in iOS Content is very difficult, but the video assignments and labs really help ease the process of understanding - What do you think about having separate trainings one for new TF and one for returning If we have the resources to do so, then yes, it would be very heplful to have an advanced iOS for returning or tfs who took the course before. - What do you think of changing our 7am lab to 8am? That would be better - How can we improve the labs Labs are helpful in coordinating the TFs and very useful seeing the Guru code helps us look at how they do their code. - Have you checked out our portals (i.e. setting up organizer dashboard, course portal, notion space) Note - Any feedback for the resources/portals we shared? I really like the notion space, it has everything in one space. ### How Familiar are you with CodePath - Who do you know from CodePath? Just the Gurus - How well do you know the team structure of CodePath? (i.e. who to contact for what issue) Not so well ### Sites with 1 TF - Do you know any friends who might be interested in helping you? - 2 main routes we are considering: - Start a batch 2 of training or - Help with marketing, operations, attendance (non-iOS stuff) I have been emailing professors to get CodePath for credit or at least acknowledged and hopefully we can get an additional TF from the professors since i'm starting my first year in college, so I don't know anyone yet. ### Get to know each other For sites with 1 - Ask your own questions For the sites with 1 TF (Ebuka from Arizona and Caitlin from Colombia ) should we try to have them get a friend and train them at a later date?
