During Q/A, asked if it is required to be a Tech Fellow after doing the training. This is a red flag for me because Syed does not seem 100% committed to being a TF.

*Why do you want to apply as a Tech Fellow?*
- A believer of giving back to the community
- Looking at business, it's a great idea to add app development to the services
- Recognizes iOS dev is present in FANGM

*What skills do you have that would contribute as a Tech Fellow? Prior experiences?*

*What does it take to build a good community in the classroom?*
- The Goal = what are they working on / the motivation
- Ex: Codepath's goal is learning iOS
- Best classroom experience
- Has practicality
- Worst classroom experiences
- Lacking motivation

*What skills do you want to build/improve on? (technical/non-technical)*
- Non-tech
- Public speaking
- Wants to do a lot of startups and give speeches

- Needs to know the boundaries/pitfalls/functionality of his technology

*How was the TF application process? Would you make any changes to improve it?*
- Online made it harder

*What would you improve in CodePath?*
- With limited experience in CodePath, it is fine
- Admired Victoria's outreach
- Wants to see more seminars

Applicants should present their favorite tool that they used from the previous course that they've taken with. This should be presented through slides.

### Tech Fellow Covid Grant

Grant of `$599` sent directly to tech fellows via PayPal. All Tech Fellows can apply (for-credit, non-credit, returning, new, etc.). To qualify, TFs must:

* Write an essay about COVID + CodePath community-building
* Attend + Participate 9-week leadership training
* Recruit minimum of 15 students (Admitted status)
