# Baraa Hegazy Bi-weekly Check in (1st Round) ## Lab/Tools/Resources Feedback - What do you think about the training? (I.e. slow, fast, just right, hard, easy) - Keep in mind of TFs who are former students, we are gearing towards new tfs with little to no experience in iOS Training is going at just the right speed. If I hadn't taken the course before it would be really hard. The content is kind of a lot for someone taking it the first time, but since it's during the summer I think it's manageable. - What do you think about having separate trainings one for those who never took the iOS course before and one for those who already took the iOS course? Good idea to have a separation based on experience/skill level. Bring them all together towards the middle of the course. - What do you think of changing our 7am lab to 8am? Doesn't make such a difference, but it might make a difference for those who are oversees. - How can we improve the labs The lab content is really good. The meetings are really useful since we get to see the concepts being explained and gone through during the sessions. - Have you checked out our portals (i.e. task tracker organizer dashboard, course portal, discusssion space, notion space). Any Feedback? Discussion portal should have an FAQ and an archive section for previous semester students. There should be sub-filters for the main filters (i.e. Assignment 1 –> TableView issue) ## How Familiar are you with CodePath - Who do you know from CodePath? No one other than Gurus - How well do you know the team structure of CodePath? (i.e. who to contact for what issue) N/A ## Sites with 1 TF - Do you know any friends who might be interested in helping you? - 2 main routes we are considering: - Start a batch 2 of training or - Help with marketing, operations, attendance (non-iOS stuff) Note ## Get to know each other For sites with 1 - Ask your own questions For the sites with 1 TF (Ebuka from Arizona and Caitlin from Colombia ) should we try to have them get a friend and train them at a later date?
