- Process of debugging takes precedence over actually solving it. Are they patient? Do they leverage other resources?
- Can they interpret new code bases quickly?
- Can they ask the right questions?
- Can they read Apple documentation and explain to students?
- How would they react to a probvlem that makes no sense to them?
- Can they admit to taking a step back?
- Can they come up with other alternatives?
- How di they re-assure students of their skill even when they are not able to solve the problem
