- Transparency in bounty amounts
- Gurus will be adding messages here and there to add transparency on the bounty amounts for dead conversations:
- Dead convo: student never replied if resolved
- Student DMs
- If students DM you for Technical support, please forward them to the iOS-help channels!
- We'll still give bounties, but try to prevent this. Default $5
- Exception: if it's related to a bounty post that YOU claimed, then it's fine :)
- Reason: Helps other students see the technical issues and helps with automating bounty amounts
- How to submit curriculum feedback

## Support Bot Updates

- Add `/pending` for unresolved posts
- Change Status to "Pending" for questions that are being resolved. This can help us filter out messages using the command + F instead of using.
- Only use Pins for "Unclaimed" questions
- Have a canned message saying "let us know if this helped" or "make sure to let us know if it was resolved!"
- "@user Let us know if this has been resolved :)"
- Wishlist: Machine learning for commonly asked qs
