# Han Nguyen Bi-weekly Check in (1st Round)
## Lab/Tools/Resources Feedback
- add readings
-
- What do you think about the training? (I.e. slow, fast, just right, hard, easy)
- Keep in mind of TFs who are former students, we are gearing towards new tfs with little to no experience in iOS
Note: Its ok, the first section took to long make sure we stay on time, give pre-readings to speed up the training
- What do you think about having separate trainings one for those who never took the iOS course before and one for those who already took the iOS course?
Note: not needed, give the new students more outside reading and videos so they can look on there own
- What do you think of changing our 7am lab to 8am?
Note: its 9pm for her in Vietnam at 7am for us so moving to 8am can work we just dont want to go over
- How can we improve the labs
Note: dose not feel like the students are paying attention having the students get more involved, likes the live coding, have the story board done and focus on the coding
- How can we improve the assignments
Note: good for now
- Have you checked out our portals (i.e. task tracker setting up organizer dashboard, course portal, discusssion space, notion space). Any Feedback?
Note: task tracker is useful, likes the notion
## How Familiar are you with CodePath
- Who do you know from CodePath?
Note: only us and liz - because of the training
- How well do you know the team structure of CodePath? (i.e. who to contact for what issue)
Note: not well

## Sites with 1 TF
- Do you know any friends who might be interested in helping you?
- 2 main routes we are considering:
- Start a batch 2 of training or
- Help with marketing, operations, attendance (non-iOS stuff)
Note
## Get to know each other
- Chat with your TF
