- iOS development is not offerent at my school
- Increase the number of people whp can take mobile development at my school and expose to people who might be interested and dont know about it.

*What skills do you have that would contribute as a Tech Fellow? Prior experiences?*
- Took THE iOS course
- Was a tutor for intro to calculus.

*What does it take to build a good community in the classroom?*
- Ground rules and what is expected of students
- Encouraging collaboration between students
- Survey of what is going well and not so well
- Providing a safe a environemnts for students

- Taking the mobile app develpment course
- Improve: Sessions didn't let epople collaborate more because breakout rooms were switched all the times.

### Tech Fellow Covid Grant

Grant of `$599` sent directly to tech fellows via PayPal. All Tech Fellows can apply (for-credit, non-credit, returning, new, etc.). To qualify, TFs must:

* Write an essay about COVID + CodePath community-building
* Attend + Participate 9-week leadership training
* Recruit minimum of 15 students (Admitted status)
