Tell me about yourself.
- Tuurns project!
- 5th year senior at Michigan
- Ever since was young had interest in building things and felt software was more interesting
- ally fince intern intrested in ios and web dev
Why do you want to apply as a Tech Fellow?
- wanted to learn ios and looked into apple affilation with miscigan and friends were in codepath likes a teaching aspect a TA for a web dev class
- got into web dev when started creating things he could publish and show off to friends and family
- Will was friends with him and so will encouraged him to go for CodePath
What skills do you have that would contribute as a Tech Fellow? Prior experiences?
- A TA for web dev class and involved in clubs, persionable experences helping students takes charge and tey to make students susceeful by seeing what works
- empathetic - easy to relate and get along
- passionate about teaching and making sure students learn well
What does it take to build a good community in the classroom?
- motivation when thay have other classes to stay involved
What are your apprehensions or which areas you believe needs improvement & support.
- most important team was how to utilize time when they meet in the class room
- for ex) felt a little disorganized
- some days work on homework some days work on assignments
- feels like doing a live demo on more in depth swift or things like Parse would be super helpful in building more structure and helping students feel more prepared for the group projects
- API workshops
- had lots of difficulties with Parse
In what areas would you like CodePath to help you with?
- Basically just how to be a better presenter
- as a TA was mainly one on one
- how to teach things to group as a whole and everyone is at a different pace so wants a structure that works with everyone
- Would like to network more with TFs and improve circle

Applicants should present their favorite tool that they used from the previous course that they've taken with. This should be presented through slides.
- felt instructions for the live demo presentation were a little vague! so just made a presentation where he just talked about the steps and kinda like a walkthrough of making the tip calculator
