Want to bring codepath because there is not enough support for women. *Why do you want to apply as a Tech Fellow?* - Bring more opportunities to women at her college. There is not many opportunities and good professors that teach technical content. *What skills do you have that would contribute as a Tech Fellow? Prior experiences?* - Helped connect students with opportunities. Learned introctury web development and made websites for local businesses. Experience with teaching Russian to children. *What does it take to build a good community in the classroom?* - Respect and patience. Especially for bringing change. We have to understand that not everyone is going to have similar circumstances and we have to provide that personalized support to all of them. More communication. *What skills do you want to build/improve on? (technical/non-technical)* - Learn iOS. I've been wanting to learn it for a while. I really enjoyed learning how the project was coming to life. Improve in teaching technical skills. *What would you improve in CodePath?* - The videos are great and coherent. I would like to see more videos that teach advanced. Video resources for improving the Tip Calculator. ### Live Demo Applicants should present their favorite tool that they used from the previous course that they've taken with.
