# Joseph DeMario Bi-weekly Check in (1st Round)
## Lab/Tools/Resources Feedback
- What do you think about the training? (I.e. slow, fast, just right, hard, easy)
- Keep in mind of TFs who are former students, we are gearing towards new tfs with little to no experience in iOS
Nice pace, able to do assignments and labs. I'm able to manage CodePath + another summer course at my school.
- What do you think about having separate trainings one for new TF and one for returning
Its ok to have both combined. I think the main point should be to learn how to teach the technical stuff, even if some of the content is easy.
- What do you think of changing our 7am lab to 8am?
Don't mind changing at 8am. Regardless, I like waking up early so I wouldn't mind keeping it at 7am.
- How can we improve the labs
It's easy to learn thanks to the walkthroughs. The walkthroughs make it easy to follow along with the lab sections. The old labs were hard to follow because there were no walkthroughs.
- Have you checked out our portals (i.e. task tracker setting up organizer dashboard, course portal, discusssion space, notion space)
No
- Any feedback for the resources/portals we shared?
N/A
## How Familiar are you with CodePath
- Who do you know from CodePath?
None
- How well do you know the team structure of CodePath? (i.e. who to contact for what issue)
Not well enough
## Sites with 1 TF
- Do you know any friends who might be interested in helping you?
- 2 main routes we are considering:
- Start a batch 2 of training or
- Help with marketing, operations, attendance (non-iOS stuff)
N/A
## Get to know each other
- Ask your own questions
For the sites with 1 TF (Ebuka from Arizona and Caitlin from Colombia ) should we try to have them get a friend and train them at a later date?
