- i really enjoy teaching students
- Intrduce new concepts to students who are not aware of them

*What does it take to build a good community in the classroom?*
- Be open so students dont feel pressured to ask questions
- Make class fun and relaxing
- Getting students hands-on experince

*What skills do you want to build/improve on? (technical/non-technical)*
- Communication and leadership skills
- By being a techfellow

*How was the TF application process? Would you make any changes to improve it?*
- I think the process was fine
- Improtant qustions , why you want to become a techfellow

*What would you improve in CodePath?*
- Only taking the ios course
- virtual vcarrre fair amazing
- Prolongue course a little longer
- Introduce fundamentals

### Tech Fellow Covid Grant

Grant of `$599` sent directly to tech fellows via PayPal. All Tech Fellows can apply (for-credit, non-credit, returning, new, etc.). To qualify, TFs must:

* Write an essay about COVID + CodePath community-building
* Attend + Participate 9-week leadership training
* Recruit minimum of 15 students (Admitted status)
